Sales Representative (English) Working Conditions ● On-site work (Schaumburg, IL) ● Required to travel domestically within the US Salary / Allowances ● Total OTE (On-Target Earnings): USD 100K–150K ● Annual Base Salary: 75% of OTE (Paid monthly, based on a 16-month calculation structure) ● Target Incentive (Commission): 25% of OTE (Based on 100% KPI achievement) ● Payout: Twice a year (May & November), 12.5% of OTE each ● Salary Review: Twice a year (May & November) ● Mileage Reimbursement: Per IRS standard rates for business-related travel ● Per Diem: Daily stipend for overnight business trips ● 401(k) Plan (Retirement Savings) Employment Flow: ・Full-time position based in Schaumburg, Illinois ・Continued involvement in sales activities for North American clients Job Description: The primary responsibility is sales activities for a SaaS product focused on engineering drawing management and order processing for manufacturing companies. Key responsibilities include: •Product sales activities in North America •Interpretation during business meetings and sales visits •Preparation of sales materials and documents •On-site interpretation during client visits •Assistance with creating documents and materials in local languages, as needed Requirements: • At least 2 years of sales experience in the United States (experience in the manufacturing industry or selling to manufacturing clients is a plus) • Strong motivation to build a career in sales Additional requirements: • Valid U.S. driver’s license • Japanese language skills are a plus •English: fluent Holidays & Leave ● Weekends & Public Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, and US Federal Holidays ● PTO (Paid Time Off), Special Paid Leave ⸻ Employment / Coverage / Gear & Equipment (Provided) ● Employment Type: Full-time (At-will) Probationary Period: 3 months (Using EOR) ● Coverage: Comprehensive Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, and Vision) ● High-performance Laptop, Company Smartphone, and Monitor for product demonstrations, etc. |
