| The International Logistics company is seeking to fill the position: Accounts Payable/ Receivable at their Accounting Department. Title: Accounts Payable/ Receivable Languages: Japanese & English Experience : at least 1-3 years Hourly Salary: $20.00~25.00 (Non-Exempt) Status: Temp or Direct Hire Work Hours: Monday to Friday, @9:00~17:30 Office Location: Houston, TX 77032 Department: Finance/ Accounting Report to: Department Leader Industry: Logistics/ Freight Forwarder Start: ASAP Essential Duties: - Examine, verify and correct accounting transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy of data and proper identification of accounts - Total, Balance and reconcile collection vouchers - Post data to transaction sheets where he or she identifies proper accounts and items to be posted - Code documents in accordance with listing of accounts - General business support function as assigned Minimum Requirements, Education, and Experience - Basic knowledge of routine clerical methods and office practices and procedures as they related to the clerical processing and recording of transactions and accounting information - Create Invoices to customers/ vendors - Relative computer knowledge and skills |
