Japanese Freight Forwarding company is seeking Fright Agent for Ocean & Air (Import & Export). Entry level is also welcome. Pay Rate: @20 - @22/h < Job Duty > - Assist and coordinate international shipments, including arranging transportation by air, ocean, or road. - Prepare and process export/import documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and customs forms. - Communicate with carriers, agents, and clients to ensure smooth shipping operations and on-time delivery. - Track shipment statuses and provide updates to clients, addressing any issues proactively. - Assist in negotiating rates with carriers and vendors to optimize costs while meeting service requirements. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures. - Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service throughout the shipping process. - Support the Freight Forwarding team with administrative tasks and projects as needed. - Others assigned. |
