1. Title of Job
Japanese Bilingual Network & Server Engineer

2. Description of Responsibilities
• Analyzes potential client’s needs, market trends, and demands to create tailored services and solutions
utilizing available internet-related products, services, and technologies.
• Provide technical consultation, recommendations, and guidance to customers based on market insights,
technical expertise, and business requirements.
• Manage both pre-sales and post-sales technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and completion by
coordinating with vendors, sub-contractors, and internal teams.
• Provide installation, configuration, and ongoing technical support for IT systems, including servers,
network, and telephony hardware/software, both remotely and on-site assistance (with business trips if
required), as well as the implementation, upgrading, and maintenance of these services and solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the sales of new products and services such as network security solutions in
collaboration with the Sales and Marketing departments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across IT systems, servers, networks, and telephony
hardware/software, offering 24/7 on-call support (not full shift duty) for critical incidents.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network, server, and IT systems, ensuring they are operational and performing
optimally.
• Manage existing customer accounts, addressing all technical issues promptly and ensuring customer
satisfaction.
• Maintain and support company's backbone network in the U.S. region, ensuring timely delivery of services and
network upgrades through close coordination with the global backbone team.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and team members throughout project implementation, troubleshooting,
and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, configurations, troubleshooting solutions, and project progress.
Report status, progress, and troubleshooting tasks to project leaders and management on regular basis.
• Conduct product research and market trend analysis. Prepare proposals, quotations, and project
documentation as required.
• Scopes customer engagements and fosters deep relationships with each strategic enterprise account to
ensure their success in building secure IT infrastructures.

3. Reporting
This position reports to Manager, department of Professional Services. Others will be designated by Chief
Operating Officer, and/or President & CEO if necessary.
