- Entry Level Software Developer (Bilingual - Japanese/English) - Location: Torrance, CA90501 (Hybrid) - Work Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Aligned with NY business hours) - Employment Type: Full-Time - Report to: Manager - Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 - Excellent Benefits Package Offered: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: 100% company-paid coverage for both employees and their dependents, effective from the first day of employment. Life Insurance, 401(k): Eligibility begins after 90 days of employment, with up to 4% company matching. Paid Time Off (PTO): • During the first year, 1 day of PTO is accrued monthly after a 3-month introductory period. • From the second year, 15 days of PTO are granted annually. • PTO increases by 1 day each year, up to a maximum of 20 days. About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Software Developer to join our Development team at a growing IT solutions company. This is a great opportunity for someone who has some programming experience and is eager to grow their skills in a supportive and bilingual environment.
