| Japanese Manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Stamping Press Technician to set up, operate, and maintain metal stamping presses used in the production of automotive or industrial parts. The technician will ensure proper tool alignment, monitor press performance, and inspect parts for quality during production. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate stamping press machines according to specifications Perform die changes and machine adjustments as needed Monitor press operation to ensure quality and safety standards are met Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on presses and tooling Inspect finished parts for accuracy and defects Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Qualifications: Experience with mechanical or hydraulic stamping presses Basic understanding of metal forming processes Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and safety Physical ability to stand, lift, and move equipment as needed |
