| Honolulu Based Credit Card company is looking for a full time Customer Service Rep. Japanese English Bilingual - Job Title: Customer Service Rep - Hourly/Salary: 41,600/year ($20/hr) - Hiring Status: Direct Hire / Non-Exempt - Work Hour: Shift Schedule (1) 9:45-18:15 (2) 10:00-18:30pm with 1hour lunch(30min paid lunch) 5days/week, including Sat/Sun) *This schedule might be changed to 8:45-17:15 and 12:00-20:30) - Language: Japanese and English bilingual in reading, writing, and conversational - Benefit: Medical, Dental, Vision, life insurance and 401K + Paid vacation and holidays - Others: Company covers 50% of Parking OR Bus Fare Job Description: - General member support during travel at the Honolulu Lounge (e.g., making reservations, providing card information, emergency response support, etc.) - Provide supports on credit card inquiries Job Requirements: - Must be able to speak business level Japanese and conversational English - Must have good manner - Previous customer service experience preferred - Must be able to work on weekends and holidays (compensation days off for national holidays) |
