| A Japanese real estate firm is seeking a Temporary Japanese Bilingual Human Resources Administrative Assistant <Overview> Assist the administration of the human resources unit. <Essential Job Duties> Job Duties: Administration assistance for all aspects of human resources functions, such as immigration/visa matters, benefits, administration, attendance tracking (timesheet) and 401 (k) administration. <Other Job Duties> Other general administrative duties. <Requirements> • Needs to be proficient in speaking, writing, and reading in business level for both English and Japanese. • Good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills. • Proficiency with technology, and the ability to pick up new software easily • Strong attention to detail • Being able to handle confidential information • The ability to complete tasks or assignments within a set timeframe <Preferences> • Highly preferred to have human resources administration experience. Hourly rate: $20 - $25 Term: 7 months or shorter or longer |
