| Seeking a Japanese Bilingual Business Analyst for an IT company (on-site at Banking and Financial Institutions) Job Description: •Business analyst duties in on-site projects for banking and financial institutions. •Responsibilities include requirements definition, business process analysis, and system implementation support. Requirements: •Candidates with experience in the financial industry, or those without industry experience but with bilingual (Japanese-English) proficiency and experience in project management (PM) or business analysis (BA) •Experience in transaction banking operations and systems is preferred Salary: around $80,000~150,000 DOE Exempt Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Hybrid: Based on client policy, 2–4 days/week on-site (Manhattan or New Jersey office) Benefit: Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) 100% covered by company.
