The poster summarizes key workplace safety and health obligations under California law and must be displayed in a conspicuous location where employee notices are customarily posted. Among other things, employers must provide fresh drinking water, access to shade, cool-down rest opportunities, training, emergency response procedures, and acclimatization procedures.
