California Passes Revised COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave for 2022
California employers with 26 or more employees are required to provide up to 80 hours of supplemental paid sick leave for qualifying COVID-19 related reasons. Although the law is similar to another bill, which expired on September 30, 2021, there are some significant differences.
