New York State Enacts Pay Transparency Law

Effective September 17, 2023, all New York State employers with four or more employees will be required to post the minimum and maximum annual salary or hourly range of compensation in all job advertisements.  The law applies to jobs that will physically be performed in New York State as well as jobs that will physically be performed outside of New York State but report to a supervisor, office, or other work site in New York State.
