2022 EEO-1 Data Collection Begins October 31

The EEOC has announced that the 2022 EEO-1 reporting period will begin on October 31, 2023, and employers will have until December 5, 2023 to submit their reporting.  All private employers that have at least 100 employees are required to file the EEO-1 form annually, detailing the racial, ethnic and gender composition of their workforce.
