Washington Updates Paid Family and Medical Leave Program

Beginning on January 1, 2024, the Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave Program’s total premium rate will decrease from 0.8% to 0.74%.  Additionally, the maximum weekly benefit will be capped at $1,456.00 per week in 2024.
