New Laws for Illinois Employers in 2025 and Beyond

Employers in Illinois are facing new legal requirements related to a host of issues, including pay transparency, discrimination and harassment, mandatory notices, leave, recordkeeping, and artificial intelligence. Many of these changes are effective as of January 1, 2025; however, some are expected in 2026, and some came into effect in 2024.
