Oregon Amends Family Leave Act

Oregon has amended the Oregon Family Leave Act (OFLA) to eliminate duplicative leave available under the Paid Leave Oregon (PLO) program, reset the leave year, and expand the definition of “family member”.

The amendments become effective on July 1, 2024.
