2024 EEO-1 Reporting to Open on May 20

According to the recently submitted documents to the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the portal for the 2024 filing period is scheduled to open on May 20, 2025, and companies will have until June 24, 2025, to submit their reports.  Only binary options – male and female – for reporting sex will be available in this year’s EEO-1 reporting form.
