Today, our company proudly marks its 30th anniversary. We are deeply grateful to all our clients and applicants, whose continued trust and support have made this milestone possible. Your partnership has been the foundation of our success.

Since our founding, we have overcome significant challenges, including 9/11, the Lehman Shock, and the COVID-19 pandemic, while steadfastly upholding our core values of prioritizing “People, Work, and Community.” Throughout this journey, we have continuously pursued business initiatives aligned with changing times. These include the development of “Job Navigator®”, an internal, company-wide talent placement system within our iiicareer Division (headhunting, executive search, and recruitment/staffing services) leveraging IT, as well as the launch of our iiiHR Division, which provides cloud-based HR information management services designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Additionally, we have established offices across the United States and built a comprehensive nationwide support network to serve our clients and applicants through a personalized, community-focused approach.
