オレゴン州の新 Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance

The Oregon Employment Department (OED) は、新しい Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (PFMLI) プログラムに関する規則を公開しました。 PFMLI プログラムは、2023年1月1日から給与天引きという形で、雇用主と従業員の拠出金によってカバーされます。

PFMLI の対象となる従業員は、2023年9月3日以降、家族、医療、または安全のための休暇に最大12週間の有給休暇を取得できます。
