I-9 労働許可の遠隔確認を延長、現フォームの使用

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) および US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) は、COVID-19 の予防措置のため、フォーム I-9 雇用資格確認に関連する柔軟性を2023年7月31日まで延長しました。

また、通知があるまで、2022年10月31日に有効期限が切れるフォーム I-9 を引き続き使用する必要があります。
