USCIS：新しい Form I-9 を発表

The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) は、新しいフォーム I-9 を近々発行すると発表しました。新しいフォームは、2023年8月1日から使用可能になります。2023年11月1日以降は「2023年8月1日」の日付がついたフォーム I‑9 のみが使用可能です。

また同局は E-Verify 雇用主に対し、従業員が書類を雇用主へ送信した後、ライブビデオによる書類検証を許可する最終規則を発表しました。これも8月1日から発効となります。
