ニューヨーク市：「Workers’ Bill of Rights」を発行

2024年7月1日までにニューヨーク市の雇用主は、Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) が最近発行した「Workers’ Bill of Rights」の掲示と従業員への提供が義務付けられました。「Workers’ Bill of Rights」は、ニューヨーク市の従業員、将来の従業員、または独立請負業者に適用される重要な連邦法、州法、および地方法の概要をまとめたものです。
