IRS：2026年フォーム W-2 改訂版ドラフトを公開

One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) では、雇用主は フォーム W-2 に次の事項を含めることが義務付けられています。
(a) 従業員が報告した現金チップの合計額、および従業員のチップ支給対象となる職業。
(b) 対象となる残業手当の合計額。

IRS は2025年8月7日、2025年度のフォーム W-2 ついては変更されないと発表しましたが、今後数週間のうちにさらなるガイダンスが提供される予定です。

2026年度に関しては、フォーム W-2 のドラフトを発表しました。これは「早期リリース版」であり、最終版として使用される前に追加の変更が加えられる可能性があることを強調しています。
