California 2022 Pay Data Reporting Due on May 10

Employers with 100 or more US employees (with at least one employee in California) are required to file an annual Pay Data Report with the California Civil Rights Department.  The portal for 2022 Pay Data Reports opened on February 1, 2023 and must be filed no later than May 10, 2023.
