ニュージャージー州：Independent Contractorに関する規則を確定
New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development (NJDOL) は、2026年5月5日、複数の同州法に基づき労働者が従業員として分類されるか、または独立請負業者として分類されるかを判断する「ABCテスト」に関する解釈を成文化した最終規則を採択しました。この新規則は、2026年10月1日に施行される予定です。
