Newly Enacted Federal “Speak Out Act”
President Biden has signed into law the federal “Speak Out Act”, limiting the use of pre-dispute non-disclosure and non-disparagement clauses covering sexual assault and sexual harassment disputes. The Act applies to claims filed on or after December 7, 2022.
