EEOC Updates Guidance on COVID-19

The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission updated its guidance on employer COVID-19 testing programs. The update reinforces that, since COVID-19 continues to evolve, mandatory testing is only acceptable if an employer can show that it is job related and consistent with business necessity.
