California Requires Workplace Violence Prevention Plans

California has passed the Workplace Violence Prevention Plans (WVPPs), the first of its kind in the nation, which requires nearly all California employers to implement a workplace violence prevention plan by July 1, 2024 that includes a lengthy list of requirements.
