New York Revises Unemployment Notice
Effective November 13, 2023, New York employers are required to provide employees, upon separation, with a revised notice of their right to file for unemployment benefits with the New York Department of Labor (NYDOL). The NYDOL will soon issue a new Record of Employment form that employers can use to satisfy the notice requirements.
