Illinois Mandates Paid Leave for Any Reason

Chicago’s Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

By June 30, 2023, Chicago employers must complete a minimum of one hour of sexual harassment prevention and bystander training annually to all employees.  Managers and supervisors must participate in a minimum of two hours of training annually. Michigan Adds LGBTQ Protections
