Update: California Releases Workplace Violence Prevention Template

Cal/OSHA has recently published a model Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP), which is designed to assist employers in drafting their own plans. As a reminder, starting July 1, 2024, California employers across all industries must have a written WVPP in place.
